Second Stage 2 tower crane goes up |
A second tower crane has been installed at the Nepean Redevelopment Stage 2 site to do all the heavy lifting alongside it’s twin sibling, tower crane No. 1, which was installed June 2024.
Both will be responsible for manoeuvring steel and concrete elements around the site.
The installation of the second crane, which stands at about 100 metres tall, follows the first concrete pour for the ground floor slab in mid-November.
Next year, people visiting and working at Nepean Hospital will soon see the building’s structure rise from the ground with 8 floors of concrete set to be poured over the next few months. Read more |
