It's full steam ahead at the Nepean Redevelopment site for the last week of construction for the year.
The new Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Unit has reached a major milestone with the structure of the two-storey unit now complete.
Work will soon progress on the steel framing, roofing and external cladding.
Excavation for storm water works are progressing on Barber Avenue which will affect access and parking. These works will continue in 2025. Please drive carefully and pay close attention to signage.
Structural concrete works have started on Level 0 and Level 1 of the new Stage 2 building.
Construction of a temporary loading dock at the northern end of Building D is almost complete and is expected to open in early 2025.
Thank you for your support and patience this year as we progressed Stage 2 of the Nepean Redevelopment.
Over the holiday season, the construction site will be closed from 21 December 2024 to 5 January 2025. During this period, the site will be secured for everyone’s safety.
