Important hospital access changes

A new temporary public corridor is now open to maintain hospital access during demolition works in Building D (North Block). The new corridor will connect buildings C, D and E to the new Building A.

Limited (staff only) access to the P1 link-bridge into Building D will continue until further notice to facilitate demolition works. Please note, staff are not permitted to escort patients or visitors through the P1 link-bridge at this time.

When using the P1 car park, staff and the public should enter the hospital via Building C (West Block) during this period of demolition works. Allowances will also be made for the Pathology Unit until the service moves in August.

Please allow extra travel time when parking in P1. Thanks for your patience and understanding as we progress these important works.

Access to North Block via the Cancer Care linkway is also closed.

Staff can use swipe access to enter Tower A through the western entry following the route shown in blue (pictured below).
